Abstract
Process for obtaining polyurethane foamed materials, with a filler content greater than 50% by weight, based on polyurethane, of polyethers with a molecular weight of 400 - 10,000, polyisocyanates and, if appropriate, low-polyols molecular weight, low use of activators and propulsion agents, characterized in that a) polyether, optionally in mixture with low molecular weight polyols, with a molecular weight of 50 - 400, b) mineral fillers, c) physically or chemically water binding agents, d) activators of the class of monocyclic or bicyclic amides and e) monocarboxylic acids and/or low-boiling organic compounds, or gas dissociators, as well as optionally further propellants, are mixed with each other, reacted with the polyisocyanates and the reaction mixture is solidified by brief heating at elevated temperatures.
