Abstract

A process for producing polyurethane foams, comprising: (1) combining at a temperature between 15 and 50º C, separate mixtures comprising: (I) at least one polyether, an organic tin catalyst, a tertiary amine catalyst and water and (II) at least one organic isocyanate and, as a foam stabilizer, a block copolymer of siloxane-oxyalcohylene as defined in point 1, (2) keeping the mixture combined at a temperature between 15 and 50º C until it is complete the foaming reaction and (3) heating the resulting foam to a temperature between 100 and 150º C.
