Abstract

Sistema controlador de fuerzas centrífugas para producir capas monomoleculares, especialmente para controlar y/o ajustar la centrifugación de capas o substratos transparentes que portan células, glóbulos de la sangre y similares, caracterizado por comprender un detector de luz directa, que detecta la luz transmitida directamente desde una fuente de luz a través de una capa deo substrato transparente, un detector de luz difusa que detecta la luz procedente de la fuente, que se difunde por las células o glóbulos que cubren el substrato transparente y medios de circuito para parar el motor de la centrífuga cuando la relación de las salidas del detector de luz directa y de la luz difundida es igual a un valor predeterminado.
