Abstract

Un dispositivo de circuito eléctrico para un amplificador diferencial , que incluye primera y segunda vías de corriente conectadas a una primera fuente de corriente que es portadora de la corriente de fuente, teniendo cada una de las vías un electrodo de control para controlar la división de la corriente entre dichas vías en respuesta a señales de diferencia aplicadas entre los electrodos de control, medios para el control de la conducción de dichas primera y segunda vías de corriente, que comprenden un primer y segundo transistores conectados en sus emisores a una segunda fuente de corriente estando conectada la base del primer transistor al electrodo de control de la primera vías y estando conectada la base del segundo transistor al electrodo de control de la segunda vía de corriente, en combinación además con, un tercer transistor que tiene su base conectada en común con el colector del primer transistor en un primer terminal de entrada y que tiene su emisor conectado a la base del primer transistor y al electrodo de control de la primera vía y un cuatro transistor que tiene su base conectada en común con el colector del segundo transistor en un segundo terminal de entrada y que tiene su emisor conectado a la base del segundo transistor y al electrodo de control de la segunda vía con lo cual dichos primer , segundo , tercero y cuarto transistores controlan la subdivisión de corriente en la primera y segunda vías de corriente en respuesta a la señal aplicada entre el primer y segundo terminales de entrada.
