Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de un complejo polisacárido, caracterizado porque en una primera etapa se hace reaccionar, en solución acuosa de un polisacárido sulfatado, el cual se adhiere de forma diferencial a la mucosa gastrointestinal y que tiene un peso molecular de al menos un millón y un contenido en sulfato de prácticamente 1 a 2 grupos sulfato por unidad de monosacárido, con un agente de radioactivación fisiológicamente apropiado y diagnosticamente eficaz; en una segunda etapa, la solución de reacción resultante, se dializa contra agua, tras lo cual se ajusta el pH; en una tercera etapa, se liofiliza la solución resultante; en una cuarta etapa se extracta con etanol desnaturalizado y se filtra; en una quinta etapa, el producto resultante se extracta con aoetona destilada y se filtra; y en una sexta etapa, se seca bajo vacío la torta del filtro de la anterior etapa.
