Abstract
Procedure for the production of a diamond abrasive layer, especially for a grinding segment, characterized in that a mixture consisting of 5 to 25% of diamond abrasive grains, 10 to 60% of a metallic powder whose hardness is greater than 150HB, 1 to 70% of a bonding metal powder whose melting temperature is in the range of 1400 to 1600ºC, 0.5 to 25% of non-metallic destruction particles with a hardness which is greater than 7 according to Mohs and 15 to 60% of a binder metal with a melting point temperature that is less than the melting point temperature of the bonding metal and is greater than 450ºC, under a pressure of 5-7 Mp/cm2, whereby compression molded porous parts are obtained, and then the compression molded porous parts, for example grinding segments, are placed in a container with wood carbon cisco between two graphite plates and are loaded with a pressure of 50-100 p/cm2 after which heating in the oven is carried out at a temperature of 920-980ºC for 1-3 hours.
