Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en la construcción de plantas utilizables en la reducción del contenido en impurezas del agua impura, mediante el proceso de congelación con refrigerantes inmezclables, del tipo cuya planta incluye una sección cristalizadora destinada a producir cristales de hielo mediante ebullición del citado refrigerante inmezclable en el agua impura, caracterizados porque dicha sección cristalizadora presenta una primera subsección que forma por lo menos una zona de inyección dotada de medios para la inyección de dicho refrigerante en agua impura contenida en aquélla, al objeto de producir una suspensión de cristales de hielo, una segunda subsección que forma por lo menos una zona de separación desprovista de medios para la inyección de dicho refrigerante, pero que permite la separación de gotas del mismo arrastradas en la suspensión de hielo contenida en ella, medios para suministrar agua impura a la primera subsección y medios para transferir suspensión de cristales de hielo producida en la primera subsección a la segunda.
