Abstract
Rhodium is electro-deposited from a sulphate bath which also contains other sulphur-containing groups. The bath may also contain hydrogen peroxide or a non-ionic wetting agent. The rhodium may be deposited on brass or nickelplated brass articles. The base may then be dissolved to leave a rhodium foil. The bath should be stirred.
