Procedure for the production of an ozone resistant rubber product, based on a natural and/or synthetic rubber, characterized in that it comprises mixing the rubber product with a compound of the general formula: **(See formula)** wherein R1 is a hydrocarbon radical with 3 to 18 carbon atoms, which may also be interrupted by a heteroatom, and R2 and R3, which may be the same or different, are hydrogen or a methyl radical, and X is oxygen or sulfur, in combination with an anti-ozone wax consisting at least in part of a microcrystalline paraffin, the ratio of the wax to the anti-ozone being on the order of 0.5 to 2.5 and the total combination being mixed with the rubber product in a amount of 1 to 10 pHr, based on the rubber product.
