Abstract

A column 29 of clips 30, suitable for securing the twisted necks of polyethylene bags, is held between end stops 26 on a rod 25, the length of the column being less than the distance between the end stops to provide space for disengaging a clip from the rod by rotation of the former, as shown at 34. The ends of the rod 25 may be releasably held in spring hooks 17, provided on a wall-mounted bracket 10.
