Abstract

A process for producing 1, 11-peroxydicyclohexylamine comprises reacting 1,11-dihydroxydihexyl peroxide (I) or substances giving (I) under the reactions conditions, e.g. cyclohexanone and hydrogen peroxide, with ammonia in the presence of an alkali metal, alkaline earth metal, ammonium or alkylammonium salt of a carboxylic acid, e.g. acetic acid.
