Abstract
An abrasive member used to remove a copper layer 3 from the surface of grains 1 forming an electrical device (see Division H1) comprises 5 Á diameter alumina grains 21 embedded in a 0-2 mm. thick silicone rubber sheet 22 on a foam support 23 mounted on a rigid plate 24.
