Abstract
In forming a soft solder sweat joint between two tubular copper articles, copper particles are introduced into the joint area to form a solder reinforcing agent prior to the introduction of the molten solder. The copper particles may be of commercially pure copper or of a copperbased alloy. The particles may be 5-80% of a paste flux. The solder may be 50% tin, 50% lead.
