Abstract

A heat exchanger element comprises a central tube 1 which is connected to an outer tube 2 by a first series of radial fins 3a, 3b, and has a second series of radial fins 4 which extend from the outer tube part way towards the inner tube. As shown, other fins 6 may extend inwardly from the inner tube in alignment with the fins 3a, 3b.
