Abstract
1. Dispositivo para la consolidación previa continua y la conformación simultánea de materiales pulverulentos finamente divididos, especialmente ácido silícico precipitado, dándoles la forma de piezas prensadas, cuyo dispositivo consta de un rodillo filtrante, situado en un alojamiento y puesto en comunicación con un dispositivo de aspiración, y un segundo rodillo con un perfilamiento, colocado en el alojamiento paralelamente al primero y que se mueve en sentido contrario, con envolvente porosa o cerrada, siendo la distancia entre la superficie de envolvente de rodillos porosos, aparatada de la rendija entre rodillos, y las paredes del alojamiento esencialmente mayor, por ejemplo al menos tres veces mayor, que la rendija entre rodillos, estando colocados un perfilamiento que se encuentra al menos sobre uno de los rodillos y que determina la forma de la piezas prensadas, y un generador de presión de apriete, regulable de manera que la presión permanezca constante, y unido con los cojinetes de al menos un rodillo, siendo la disposición tal que los eje de los rodillos están colocados verticalmente uno sobre otro y el extremo abierto de al menos un tornillo sin fin de introducción está colocado en la rendija entre rodillos.
