Abstract

Equipo perfeccionado de salvamento para facilitar el socorro de una persona abandonada a la deriva, que comprende un cuerpo toroidal flotante, un dispositivo manual dúctil asegurado radialmente en torno al menos a una porción de la circunferencia en sección transversal del cuerpo y que posee la sección central correspondiente libre con respecto al cuerpo, un dispositivo de cuerda que circunda la periferia interior del cuerpo toroidal y va enhebrado entre el cuerpo y la sección libre del dispositivo manual, un órgano acanalado que se extiende radialmente a través del cuerpo para proporcionar comunicación entre el interior y exterior del cuerpo toroidal, teniendo el dispositivo de cuerda extremos exteriores que se extienden en disposición deslizable a través del órgano acanalado y que terminan exteriormente con relación al cuerpo, y medios ajustables con los extremos exteriores del dispositivo de cuerda para selectivamente arrastrar a este último radialmente hacia dentro contra la fuerza de la banca flexible para efectuar un ajuste seguro con una víctima dispuesta en la parte interior del referido cuerpo toroidal.
