Abstract

Dispositivo prensador de tornillo, particularmente destinado al tratamiento de la vendimia, que comprende una tolva de recepción de la vendimia, y un tornillo helicoidal, que transporta y comprime las uvas, en una cámara de compresión, circulando el zumo a través de rejillas que forman juntas una especie de tubo-filtro, y un extremo salida, estando caracterizado el dispositivo porque el tubo filtro es divergente a partir de cierta sección de su longitud en la dirección aguas arriba-aguas abajo, de tal modo que esta divergencia permite una liberación de la vendimia, y evita la formación de una costra impermeable en el tubo-filtro, lo que ocasiona un prensado total y un aumento del caudal.
