Abstract
Instalación para acelerar y/o aumentar, a bordo, el enfriamiento del pescado, de pescados esencialmente perecederos, en los depósitos o viveros clásicos o en forma de containers, de los barcos pesqueros, previamente acondicionados aislados y provistos de hielo y agua de mar, caracterizada porque comprende un serpentín o parrilla de tubos o conducciones preferentemente dispuestas en el fondo de dichos depósitos y provistas, tales conducciones, de pluralidad de perforaciones a través de las cuales se proyecta o sale aire alimentado por un compresor que produce un burbujeo removiendo la mezcla de pescado hielo y agua de mar, la cual a su vez es aportada al depósito por medio de una bomba de aspiración.
