Abstract

Silla plegable de tubo metálico, de tipo que comprende un primer armazón que define un asiento y un segundo armazón que define un respaldo, armazones que están articulados entre si y a patas anteriores y posteriores de soporte formados por elementos tubulares plegados en U, cuyos extremo superiores están abisagrados a brazos laterales, caracterizada porque cada articulación lateral entre los bastidores o armazones del respaldo del asiento y las patas posteriores, es la silla, se ha previsto un primer elemento en jaula fijado a un extremo posterior del armazón de la silla a cuyo elemento en jaula ve articulado el extremo correspondiente del elemento tubular del armazón del respaldo y un segundo elemento de rótula, estando este elemento de rótula abisagrado a una pata posterior y al eje de articulación del respaldo, respectivamente, presentando además el elemento de rótula una parte de apoyo contra la pata posterior, cuando la silla está en estando abierto y medios de retención que actúan para impedir la rotación entre la jaula y el elemento de rótula en el estado abierto indicado.
