Abstract

1.Cápsula inviolable para botellas realizada en dos partes que se ensamblan entre sí, perfeccionada, del tipo que comprende: -un elemento cilíndrico (1), que constituye el tapón en sí de la botella; -elemento anular (2), constituido por un primer disco (4) idóneo para encajarse en dicho elemento cilíndrico y por un segundo disco (5) unido coaxialmente al primer disco mediante puntos de fractura (7) que constituye la zona de inviolabilidad de la cápsula; caracterizada por el hecho de que el interior del mencionado elemento se ha obtenido un elemento adicional (3, (3a), (3b), cuyo diámetro es inferior al menor diámetro interior del extremo anular mismo, que está unido coaxialmente al elemento anular mediante puntos de fracturas (6) de forma que pueda separarse de este último fácilmente en el momento de la inserción de la cápsula en la botella. 2. Cápsula según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada por el hecho que dicho elemento adicional está unido, en su circunferencia, a un saliente anularinterior del mencionado según disco. 3.Cápsula según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada por el hecho de que comprende una ranura anular (8), (8a), (8b), obtenida en el interior de la parte superior del dicho elemento cilíndrico, idónea para mantener unidos el mencionado elemento adicional y el mencionado elemento cilíndrico. 4.Cápsula según la reivindicación 1,caracterizado por el hecho de que dicho elemento adicional posee una forma de disco (3),constituyendo dicho disco, cuando la cápsula está montada en la botella, la junta hermética entre el cuello de la botella y el tapón. 5. Cápsula según la reivindicación 5, caracterizada por el hecho que dicho disco posee un espesor entre 0,7 y 1,0 mm. 6.Cápsula según la reivindicación 5, caracterizada por el hecho que dicho disco posee un espesor de 0,8 mm. 7.Cápsula según la reivindicación 1, caracteriza por el hecho que el mencionado elemento adicional posee la forma de un sifón (3a),estando dicho sifón solidariamente encajado en el momento del montaje de la cápsula en la botella, en el cuello de dicha botella.. 8.Cápsula según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada por el hecho de que dicho elemento adicional posee la forma de un cuentagotas (3b), estando dicho cuentagotas sólidamente encajado en el momento del montaje de la cápsula en la botella, en el cuello de la mencionada botella. 9.Cápsula inviolable para botellas realizada en dos partes ensambladas entre sí, perfeccionada, según todo lo descrito e ilustrado para los objetivos anteriormente especificados. 10.Cápsula inviolable para botellas en dos partes que se ensamblan entre sí, perfeccionada.
