Abstract

1. Pañal higiénico perfeccionado que compuesto de un medio absorbente interior que puede absorber descargas corporales y de una tela de recubrimiento que cubre al menos una superficie de dicho medio absorbente interior y adaptado para estar en contacto con la piel del usuario, se caracteriza porque dicha tela de recubrimiento tiene una estructura integrada de dos capas que incluye una capa exterior que forma la superficie que está adaptada para estar en contacto con la piel del usuario y una capa interior colocada dentro de dicha capa exterior, constando esencialmente dicha tela de recubrimiento de 30-80% por peso de fibras termofusibles fundidas a una temperatura de 90-140 grados centígrados y correspondientes de 70-20% por peso de fibras hidrófobas que no se funden a una temperatura inferior a 140 grados centígrados, teniendo dicha tela de recubrimiento un grosor de 0,5-1,2 mm bajo una carga de 1 g/cm2 y un grosor de 0,2-0,6 mm bajo una carga de 5 g/cm2, siendo la relación de peso de dichas fibras termofusibles/dichas fibras hidrófobas en dicha capa exterior del orden de 50/50 a 100/0, y siendo la relación de peso de dichas fibras termofusibles/dichas fibras hidrófobas en dicha capa interior del orden de 20/80 a 60/40. 2. Pañal higiénico perfeccionado según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque dicha capa exterior tiene un peso base de 5-15 g/cm2 y dicha capa interior tiene un peso base de 8-25 g/cm2. 3. Pañal higiénico perfeccionado según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque dichas fibras termofusibles tienen una finura de 1,5-3 deniers y dichas fibras hidrófobas tienen una finura de 1,5-6 deniers. 4. Pañal higiénico perfeccionado según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque dichas fibras termofusibles son fibras compuestas de polietileno/polipropileno o fibras de poliéster. 5. Pañal higiénico perfeccionado según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque dicha capa exterior está formada por fibras compuestas de polietileno/polipropileno de 1,5 deniers y que tienen un peso base de 7-9 g/m2, y dicha capa interior está formada por una mezcla que comprende 3,8 g/m2 de fibras compuestas de polietileno/polipropileno de 3 deniers y 5-11 g/m2 de fibras de polipropileno de 2 deniers. 6. Pañal higiénico perfeccionado según la reivindicación 2, caracterizado porque dicha capa exterior tiene un menor peso base y contiene una mayor proporción de fibras termofusibles que dicha capa interior. 7. Pañal higiénico perfeccionado.
