Abstract

Un método para realizar el procedimiento de destilación de subhalogenuro para la recuperación de aluminio a partir de metal que contiene aluminio, caracterizado porque la superficie de grafito o de otro material de carbono, en el aparato en el que se realiza el procedimiento, está protegida del ataque por el monchalogenuro de aluminio por el establecimiento de una película de trihalogenuro de aluminio gaseoso o un gas inerte con respecto al procedimeinto, sobre dicha superficie.
