Abstract
The invention comprises compounds of the general formula <FORM:0981253/C2/1> and the therapeutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof, wherein R is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl radical of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, R1 is an unsubstituted phenyl radical or a phenyl radical which is mono- or di-substituted by methyl, ethyl, nitro or hydroxy groups and/or by halogen atoms, R2 is a hydrogen atom or a benzyl, a phenylethyl or a phenyl radical and R3 is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl radical of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, a benzyl, a phenyl ethyl or a phenyl radical and the preparation thereof by reacting a compound of the formula <FORM:0981253/C2/2> with an aliphatic acid, R.COOH, or with an iminoalkyl ether, R.C(1NH)OAlkyl (where the alkyl group has 1 to 4 carbon atoms). Pharmaceutical compositions having sedative, antiphlogistic, anti-convulsive and analgesic action comprise the compounds of the invention together with a solid or liquid diluent, and may be in the form of tablets, powders or injectable solutions.
