Abstract

Improvements made to floating vessels characterized in that said vessels comprise a flotation hull, three upwardly extending fluid reservoirs fixedly attached to the hull and arranged in essentially equilateral triangular configuration, the reservoirs being partially filled with liquid, and conduit means normally full of liquid and that extend laterally interconnecting the lower parts of the fluid tanks to allow the passage or circulation of liquid between them.
