Abstract

1. Mecanismo de transmisión perfeccionado para vehículos automóviles, del tipo que comprenden: motor (1) anterior; árbol motor dirigido transversalmente respecto a la dirección longitudinal del vehículo automóvil; cambio (2) que comprende un árbol primario (3) dispuesto coaxilmente sobre la prolongación del árbol motor y un árbol secundario (4) a flanco del árbol primario (3), y comprendiendo además dicho mecanismo de transmisión: un diferencial anterior (5) que tiene una caja (6) unida a la caja (7) del cambio (2), un poratrén (8) gobernado por una rueda dentada (10) fijada en el extremo del árbol secundario (4) del cambio (2) más cercana al motor (1) y dos planetarios (11) conectados por medio de dos semiejes (12) a las ruedas anteriores (13) del vehículo automovíl; un árbol auxiliar (16), montado giratoriamente dentro de la caja del diferencial anterior (5) alrededor de un eje (17) paralelo a la dirección longitudinal del vehículo automóvil; un par cónico de ruedas dentadas (14, 15), dispuesto dentro de la caja (6) del diferencial anterior (5), para la transmisión del movimiento del portatrén (8) del diferencial anterior (5) a dicho árbol auxiliar (16); un diferencial posterior (20), unido a las ruedas posteriores (21) del vehículo automóvil; un árbol de transmisión (19) para la coneción de dicho árbol auxiliar (16) con el diferencial posterior (20); un dispositivo de embrague (18), interpuesto entre dos troncos (16a, 16b) de dicho árbol auxiliar (16) y que tiene una primera condición operativa, en la cual conecta entre sí dichos troncos de árbol auxiliar, y una segunda condición operativa, en la cual dicha conexión está interrumpida; caracterizado en que dicho árbol de transmisión comprende: un tronco central (25), sostenido de modo giratorio por dos cojietes de rodadura (28), los cuales están a su vez sostenidos por la carrocería (29) del vehículo automóvil mediante interposición de soportes amortiguadores hechos de material elastomérico (30); un primer tronco de extremo(26), conectado por sus extremos, respectivamente, a dicho árbol auxiliar (16) y a dicho tronco central (25) del árbol de transmisión (19) mediante dos juntas homocinéticas (31) del tipo apto para permitir desplazamientos axiles relativos de los dos árboles conectados y un segundo tronco de extremo (27), conectado por un extremo con dicho tronco central (25) y por el otro extremo con dicho diferencial posterior (20) mediante interposición de una junta homocinética (33) del tipo apto para permitir desplazamientos axiles relativos de los dos árboles conectados. 2.
