Abstract

1. Válvula mezcladora perfeccionada, caracterizada por el hecho de que el eje mando (1) acaba por el extremo opuesto al de fijación de la palanca de mando, con un semicilindro (1a) de grandes dimensiones y situado coaxialmente con el total eje, lo cual asegura una mayor duración del mecanismo. 2. Válvula mezcaldora perfeccionada, según reivindicación 1, caracterizada por el hecho de que la placa móvil dispone de dos movimientos. Uno según una trayectoria rectilínea cuya finalidad es la regulación del caudal y otra circular, cuyo centro está situado en el eje de la válvula y es independiente de la posición relativa del eje (1), siendo su misión la de variar la proporción de mezcla, es decir, la temperatura de la mezcla. 3. Válvula mezcladora perfeccionada, según reivindicaciones 1 y 2, caracterizada por el hecho de que las bases paralelas (1b) y (1c) del semicilindro (1a) cooperan con las caras paralelas (8a) y (8b) de la hedidura (8), proporcionando así la necesaria guía a la placa móvil (3) para su movimiento rectilíneo. 4. Válvula mezcladora perfeccionada, según reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizada por el hecho de que las caras opuestas de las lumbreras (F''-f) y (C''-c) no son paralelas sino oblicuas, lo cual permite abarcar un gran ángulo en la cara de estanqueidad y menor en la opuesta, lográndose un mayor ángulo de giro de la palanca de mando y una mayor sensibilidad. 5. Válvula mezcladora perfeccionada, según reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizada por el hecho de comportar una pieza de transición (10), situada entre la placa fija y la base de apoyo de la válvula, la cual comporta las juntas de estanqueidad (11) alojadas en sendos orificios (10F) y (10C) de forma colisa. 6. Válvula mezcladora perfeccionada, según reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizada por el hecho de que la pieza de transición (10) está retenida por tres o más salientes elásticos de la envolvente (5) de forma desmontable, con el objeto de permitir la revisión o sustitución de alguna pieza interior, sin tener que desechar la totalidad de la válvula, conservando las ventajas de manipulabilidad cuando forma un solo conjunto, es decir, al estar retenida la pieza de transición (10). 7. Válvula mezcladora pefeccionada, según reivindicaciones 1 a 6, caracterizada por el hecho de comportar una arandela de material antifricción (6), la cual proporciona mayor suavidad de manejo y disminuye el desgaste. 8. Válvula mezcladora perfeccionada.
