Abstract

DESCRIPTION

System for the pressure closure of guides, particularly for sliding furniture doors

The present invention refers to a system for the pressure closure of upper and / or lower guides, particularly for the longitudinal sliding of furniture doors, avoiding all traditional systems for fixing such guides with screws of various types. Such a system is known from DE-U-202004003157, which shows the features of the preamble of claim 1.

The main feature of the present invention defined by the features of claim 1 is that it provides an elastic hook or fork to be arranged at appropriate intervals on the upper surface of the upper part of a piece of furniture and an elastic hook or fork similar to being arranged. at appropriate intervals on the lower surface of the base of such furniture in order to accommodate and block a claw-shaped coupling edge disposed in the respective profile with guides to be fixed to such surfaces of the upper part and of the base, of which:

-the upper profile provides a first step of elevated insertion of its claw-shaped edge in the series of forks of the upper part, then a second rotation step of such profile until it touches the outer surface of the upper part with simultaneous closure under pressure for insertion of its opposite edge against a series of teeth that are preferably coaxial to the forks and with a consequent third step of engagement between the claw-shaped head of the forks and the claw-shaped head of the profile with the upper guides;

-the lower profile provides a similar first step of high insertion of its support profile into the series of forks of the base and then a second rotation step of such profile until it touches the outer surface of the base and with a consequent third step of hooking its claw-shaped edge against the claw-shaped head of the lower fork series.

It is known that the sliding doors of a piece of furniture are supported and guided by adapted pairs of clamps, each of which has one end that is integral with the edge of the individual sheet and another end that is provided with a pulley, which is it allows to slide along at least one longitudinal guide therein which is preferably arranged on the outer surface of the upper part of such furniture. Such sliding doors or blades are generally provided in addition to a pair of clamps applied to their lower edge, such clamps being also provided with respective rollers designed to slide into adapted longitudinal seats or guides that are preferably arranged on the outer surface of the base of such furniture, not as a leaf support but to prevent its transverse oscillation to the compartment when closed and opened.

According to the state of the art that is already well established, the longitudinal and lower guides are formed by a single respective profile, which ensures its perfect parallel arrangement and a simplification of the installation work on such outer surfaces of the upper part and of the base, where each furniture manufacturer acquires customized profiles or plates that meet their construction requirements in the best possible way or uses profiles that are already commercially available.

The arrangement of the guides or profiles on the outer surfaces of the upper part and of the base is provided to allow the complete use of the furniture compartment, avoiding the provision of bulging protrusions of guides and moving clamps on the internal surfaces of such compartment. . In the best quality furniture, the panels of the upper part and the base are in turn wrapped by an upper surface of the furniture and by the base, so that their guides remain closed in confined compartments assigned only to the support function and guide for the sliding of its leaves. It is evident that for these quality furniture the application of the upper and lower guides by means of screws and the insertion of the respective pulleys or rollers must be carried out before fixing the upper and base panels in their final seats, since otherwise the Space for screwing and application is not available.

The fixing of the profiles to the outer surfaces of the upper part and of the base can in fact be done with screws whose stems pass through holes provided in such profiles and are screwed, for example, into threaded bushings arranged in advance on the respective surfaces of the top and base. This fixing system, in addition to the considerable preparation and screwing time required, has the disadvantage that it can be done only when the furniture is turned down, since otherwise there would not be enough space for the electric screwdriver or the manual screwdriver.

An improvement of this fixing method consists in the possibility of applying the screws from the inner surfaces of the upper part and the base so that their stems are screwed into adapted seats, for example in the internal grooves of the respective guides, or in Adapted threaded holes provided in advance in flat portions of the respective profiles. However, even this method of fixing, in addition to the fact that the head of each screw rests on the soft surface of the wood even with the optional interposition of a washer, has the disadvantage that the heads of such screws can be seen, which is visually unpleasant and therefore has a negative impact.

Another considerable drawback of current screw fixing systems lies in the fact that it may be necessary to repair or remove the profile of a piece of furniture in use, for example in a replacement, or to replace or maintain such systems to suspend and guide the sliding doors. , which requires time, skills and equipment that only a qualified person can provide.

The objective of the present invention is to be able to stably and detachably fix the profiles to support and guide the sliding furniture doors respectively to their outer surfaces of the upper part and the base, with a simple snap closure system that avoids any problem of application and visibility of the screws or their fixation both on the outer surface and on the inner surface of the top and base.

Within this objective, an object of the invention is to make it easy and simple to apply and move the guide and support profiles of the sliding doors of a piece of furniture, to make these operations feasible even for a non-expert person who has to remove them by example for a replacement or for ordinary maintenance.

Another object of the present invention is to be able to reduce the time required for the initial application and for any replacement of the support and guide profiles of sliding furniture doors also with an advantage in terms of production costs.

Another object of the present invention is to be able to minimize the upper and lower sliding compartments of the furniture ensuring its maximum useful volume.

This objective and these and other objects that will be apparent better in the following are achieved by means of an elastic hook or fork to be arranged at appropriate intervals on the upper surface of the upper part of the furniture, and the provision of an elastic hook or fork to be arranged at appropriate intervals on the lower surface of the base of said furniture in order to accommodate a claw-shaped coupling edge that is provided in the respective profile and has guides to be fixed to said surfaces; the upper profile providing a first step of elevated insertion of its claw-shaped edge in the series of forks of the upper part, then a second rotation step of said profile until it touches the outer surface of the upper part, with simultaneous closure under pressure for coupling its opposite edge against a series of teeth that are preferably coaxial with the forks and with a consequent third engagement step between the claw-shaped head of the forks and the claw-shaped head of the upper profile for guiding and supporting the blade, while the lower profile provides a similar first step of inserting its guide profile into the series of forks of the base, then a second rotation step of said profile until it touches the outer surface of the ground and with the consequent third step of hooking its claw-shaped edge against the claw-shaped head of the series of lower forks.

In all figures, the same details are designated, or understood to be designated, by the same reference number.

On the outer surface of the upper part C of a piece of furniture there are at least two or more series of three incomplete holes C1, C2 and C3, which are properly spaced from the edge C 'of the opening compartment of such piece of furniture. Each series of holes C1 and c2 may be designated to accommodate by pressing the rough stems or for example of spine 11a and 11b of a fork 10, while each hole C3 is designed to accommodate by pressing the rough stem 12a of a head or pin 12 which cooperates with the fork 10 for fixing the tracks, as described below.

The fork 10 is constituted by a flat base or body 13, at the bottom of which the rough stems 11 a and 11b are provided, the flat body 13 having an end with raised sides that is hooked 14-15 and a central part shaped tongue 16 which is integral with the flat body 13. Since the fork 10 is made of a sufficiently elastic material, the tongue 16 is flexible if it is pushed from the side of the hook 15 or the edge B '.

With particular reference to Figure 4, on the lower or outer surface of a base panel B of a piece of furniture there are at least two or more series of incomplete double holes B1, B2 that are appropriately spaced from the edge B 'of the opening compartment of Such furniture. Each series of holes B1-B2 can be designated to accommodate by pressing the rough stems 21a and 21b of a fork 20.

The fork 20 is constituted by a base 23, in whose upper part the striated stems 21a-21b are provided, the base 23 being attached to a prominent head hook 25 by means of a raised central part 24.

The end of the base 23 which is arranged near the edge B 'is provided with a transverse groove 22, which is by semi-cylindrical indication and is preferably associated with a guide element 22a. Since the fork 20 is made of a sufficiently elastic material, the prominent hook 25 is flexible if it is pushed in particular from the side of the edge B '.

With reference to Figure 5, a profile 30 is designated to be associated with the outer surface of the upper part C by interposition and snap closure, between at least two forks 10 and two corresponding pins 12.

The profile 30 comprises at least one pair of longitudinal guides 31-32 for the application of the pairs of pulleys for the sliding and support of each sheet of the furniture, in addition to a series of ribs 33 and a rest surface 34.

For the exemplary embodiment of the fixing system being considered, the profile 30 is provided in particular with a longitudinal claw-shaped end 35 and with an opposite longitudinal groove 36 with an adjacent longitudinal stop thereof 37.

With reference to Figure 6, a profile 40 is designated to be associated with the outer surface of the base B, by interposition and snap closure, between the slit or transverse groove 22 and the claw-shaped head 25 of at least two forks 20.

The profile 40 comprises at least one pair of tracks 41-42 to accommodate the lower guide rollers of the sheets, which are already supported and guided by the upper profile 30, in addition to a longitudinal protrusion with a cylindrical base or pivot 46 and an end length with opposite claw shape 45.

The fixing system according to the invention naturally provides for a preliminary step of preparing the outer surfaces of the upper part C and the base B of the furniture to which one wishes to apply guides for sliding doors, after the application of at least two forks 10 and respective pins 12 on the outer surface of the upper part C and the application of at least two forks 40 on the outer surface of the base panel B.

The first step of such a system of interest, particularly for the application of the upper profile 30, provides the adjacent arrangement and insertion of the longitudinal claw-shaped end 35 in the space between the hooks 14-15 and its flexible wall 16 of at least a pair of forks 10, operating with the same profile 30 in an inclined position to be able to pass under the hooks 14-15, as exemplified in Figure 7.

Likewise, the first step for the application of the lower profile 40 provides the adjacent arrangement and insertion of the claw-shaped end 45 in the space between the hook or claw 25 and the guide wall 22a of at least a pair of forks 20, always operating with the profile 40 in an inclined position to be able to pass the hook 45 between the claw 25 and the guide element 22a as exemplified again in Figure 7 again.

With reference to Figure 8, the second step of the system of interest provides a light rotary thrust of upper profile 30 in order to move its flat surface 34 in contact with the outer surface of the upper part C, while for the lower profile 40 there is a light rotary thrust similar to the outer surface of the base B and in the direction of the edge B ', after the coupling of its cylindrical longitudinal portion 46 with the cylindrical seat 22 of at least two forks 20.

Continuing the rotation of the profile 30, when the edge 37 of its groove 36 meets the heads 12, the profile 30 is pushed transversely towards the flexible wall 16 of the forks 10, and the flexible walls 16, in a third step, react with a snap closure to engage the head of the pins 12 inside the groove 36 of the same profile 30, which thus reaches the contact position of its base 34 with the outer surface of the upper part C, remaining fully trapped between the pins 12 and the flexible walls 16 of at least two forks 10.

Likewise, by a continuation of the rotation of the profile 40 on its pivot 46, when in a corresponding third step the hook 45 meets the hook or claw 25 of at least one pair of forks 40 using the flexibility of the groove 25, occurs the coupling between the hooks 25-45 at the moment of contact of the bottom 41 with the lower surface of the base B, thus engaging the profile 40 to remain firmly anchored to the base B of the furniture to be closed with sliding doors.

With the profiles 30 and 40 fixed integrally to the respective outer surfaces of the upper part C and of the base B it is possible to apply the respective pulleys and rollers with the corresponding clamps, for the support and guide of the sliding sheets of the furniture according to any method known.

On the basis of what has been described and illustrated so far, it is evident that in case of maintenance of the sliding devices, or for the disassembly and reassembly of the profiles 30 or 40, it is sufficient to reverse the steps described so far, operating with a slight lateral thrust that overlaps the reaction of the elastic means 16 and 25 and then a rotation of the profiles 30-40 in order to allow the extraction of the hooks 35-45 and immediately achieve the complete extraction of the respective profiles 30-40.

The particular shape of some parts 35-36 and 37 of the profile 30 and some parts 45-46 of the profile 40, as well as their forks 10 and 20, and the sequence of steps described above makes it possible to provide the present system for applying the Profiles 30-40 without having to resort to screws, overcoming the previous problems of space and time for screwing, in addition to visibility problems according to the specified objective. The application by closing the profiles 30-40 to their 10-20 forks, in addition to being an extremely simple and easy operation that can be performed even by a non-expert person, becomes possible even without the need to turn the furniture and its consequent emptying in advance, with more considerable advantages in terms of application times and costs in accordance with other specified objects.

Of course, the shape of the profiles 30-40 for supporting and guiding the sliding blades can vary for example in the number of guides 31-32 or sliding seats 41-42, as well as in the arrangement and number of the ribs 33 or the shape of the claw-shaped parts 35-36-37 and 45-46 and also the shape of the forks 10-20 can vary, for example with the provision of a fork 10 which extends to join and also integrate with the pin 12, with the consequent adaptation also in the succession of the steps of action of the system described so far and of which in any case it is desired to protect the novelty and originality.
