Abstract

1. Cápsula cortada para cerrar botellas, constituida de metal ligero con una aleta circunferencial (2) y una pieza en forma de disco plana colgante (1) en donde hay una franja cortada (5) que curza la aleta circungerencial (2) y se que consite en una junta en forma de disco (7) sujeta sólo parcialmente a la superficie inferior de la pieza metálica en forma de disco (1), caracterizada porque dicha junta en forma de disco (7) se sujeta a dicha pieza métalica en forma de disco (1) correspondiente a dos zonas de la franja cortada (5). 2. Cápsula según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque la franja cortada (5) se halla delimitada por dos líneas de incisión (4) que constituyen las prolongaciones de los bordes de la lengüeta deslizable (3) y que se detienen en la pieza opuesta a dicha lengüeta (3) y que se detienen en la pieza opuesta a dicha lengüeta (3) antes de alcanzar el canto libre de la aleta circunfentecial (2). 2.
