Abstract

Método de detección de olla en una zona de cocción de gas (14) con quemador de gas (14) de una encimera de cocción de gas (11), donde en la zona de cocción de gas se instala un medio de detección (34) con función de detección de temperatura o de la llama en forma de un electrodo de ionización o de un termoelemento, donde para detectar si una olla (20) se ha colocado en la zona de cocción de gas estando operativo el quemador de gas o si se retira la olla, se detecta una señal eléctrica en el medio de detección (34) y se evalúa comparando la señal al mismo tiempo que la señal del caso en el que la olla está colocada (20), donde una llama diferente o una temperatura diferente prevalece en el medio de detección (34) cuando se ha colocado la olla sobre cuando se ha retirado, donde como reacción al detectar la retirada de la olla se reduce la potencia en la zona de cocción de gas (14), caracterizado por el hecho de que el medio de detección (34) se fija en la zona de cocción de gas (14) de tal manera, que en cada posible potencia duradera del quemador de gas (16) se somete a la llama y por lo tanto siempre se somete a una llama en la puesta en servicio del quemador de gas.
