Abstract
Estructura de carrocería de vehículo ferroviario (1), comprendiendo la estructura de carrocería (1) un bastidor (5, 6), al menos un panel (10) y una pluralidad de pernos (15A, 15B) que fijan el panel (10) sobre el bastidor (5, 6), teniendo cada perno (15A, 15B) de la pluralidad un vástago (46A, 46B) y sosteniendo una superficie (36) del panel (10) frente a una superficie (30) del bastidor (5, 6) a lo largo de un eje (D) del vástago (46A, 46B), en la que: - la estructura de carrocería (1) comprende además láminas de fricción (20A, 20B), - para cada uno de los pernos (15A, 15B) de dicha pluralidad, al menos una de las láminas de fricción (20A, 20B) es comprimida por el perno (15A, 15B) entre la superficie (36) del panel (10) y la superficie (30) del bastidor (5, 6), y - la superficie (36) del panel (10) que muestra una resistencia al deslizamiento con respecto a la superficie (30) del bastidor (5, 6) en una dirección longitudinal (L) perpendicular al eje (D), dicha lámina de fricción (20A, 20B) está adaptada, con un apriete constante del perno (15A, 15B), para aumentar la resistencia al deslizamiento, caracterizada porque, para cada uno de los pernos (15A, 15B) de dicha pluralidad: - el bastidor (5, 6) comprende, al menos localmente, una ranura transversal (24A, 24B) destinada a permitir un posicionamiento transversal del panel (10) con respecto al bastidor (5, 6), teniendo el bastidor (5, 6) dos labios (28A, 28B) ubicados a ambos lados de la ranura (24A, 24B), definiendo cada uno de los labios (28A, 28B) una parte de dicha superficie (30) del bastidor (5, 6), y - la lámina de fricción (20A, 20B) tiene una primera parte (62) y una segunda parte (64) intercalada en forma de sándwich respectivamente entre los dos labios (28A, 28B) y la superficie (36) del panel (10).Railway vehicle body structure (1), the body structure (1) comprising a frame (5, 6), at least one panel (10) and a plurality of bolts (15A, 15B) that fix the panel (10) on the frame (5, 6), each bolt (15A, 15B) of the plurality having a rod (46A, 46B) and holding a surface (36) of the panel (10) facing a surface (30) of the frame (5) , 6) along an axis (D) of the rod (46A, 46B), in which: - the body structure (1) further comprises friction plates (20A, 20B), - for each of the bolts (15A, 15B) of said plurality, at least one of the friction sheets (20A, 20B) is compressed by the bolt (15A, 15B) between the surface (36) of the panel (10) and the surface (30) of the frame (5, 6), and - the surface (36) of the panel (10) showing a sliding resistance with respect to the surface (30) of the frame (5, 6) in a longitudinal direction (L) perpendicular to the axis (D), said sheet of friction (20A, 20B) is adapted, with a constant tightening of the bolt (15A, 15B), to increase the slip resistance, characterized in that, for each of the bolts (15A, 15B) of said plurality: - the frame ( 5, 6) comprises, at least locally, a transverse groove (24A, 24B) intended to allow a transverse positioning of the panel (10) with respect to the frame (5, 6), the frame (5, 6) having two lips ( 28A, 28B) located on both sides of the groove (24A, 24B), each of the lips (28A, 28B) defining a part of said surface (30) of the frame (5, 6), and - the friction sheet (20A, 20B) has a first part (62) and a second part (64) sandwiched sandwiched respectively between the two lips (28A, 28B) and the surface (36) of the panel (10).
