Also, a bad night rest, can cause mood swings, anxiety, aggressiveness and increased levels of stress, and can be very harmful to the immune system.

In those obese people the problem related to a bad night rest is aggravated by being able to present, more easily, poor breathing by not passing enough air to the lungs, being able to reach an obstructive sleep apnea and cause unpleasant ones, mainly for the companion, snoring, which is increased by excessive weight against the chest wall making it difficult for the muscles to take a deep breath and breathe fast enough.

In order to avoid this problem, which usually occurs when sleeping on your back, you sleep on your side, but the problem is not solved, since the weight that the side you have to bear causes other inconveniences such as, for example, that the circulation blood of the lower leg becomes cut causing it to be "asleep."

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

This report describes a system to facilitate the rest of people during sleep, which is applied in a bed base, of a conventional type, where the system comprises, at least, a mattress and, at least, a height-adjustable element, arranged on the bed base, which in a first position is arranged flush with the upper surface of the mattress and in a second position is raised above the mattress, so that it is configured so that in its first position it looks like a conventional mattress and in its second position allows the support of a leg and / or an arm.

The invention is characterized in that the height-adjustable element comprises a hollow parallelepipedic structure, comprising an upper longitudinal plate and a lower longitudinal plate, which are related to each other, at least, at their front and rear ends, so that it is obtained a resistant configuration that allows to support the weight of a leg and / or arm of a user and more particularly of an obese user, facilitating their rest The hollow parallelepiped structure is opened by the major sides to allow contact between two users, also allowing to place a leg and / or arm, on the upper longitudinal plate and / or on the lower, avoiding the problems of a possible blood circulation cut, discussed above.

DESCRIPTION OF A PREFERRED EMBODIMENT.

In the case in which it is a double bed 3, the system comprises a height-adjustable element 2 that is centrally and longitudinally located to the bed 3, between a pair of independent mattresses 1, of similar dimensions, where the element height-adjustable 2 is arranged on the bed base 4, so that in a first position the adjustable element 2 is flush (figures 1 and 4) with the pair of mattresses 1 and in a second position it is arranged in an elevated position (figure 5 ) protruding superiorly with respect to said mattresses.
