Abstract

Balancel (3) auto-basculante para banda de difusión, formado mediante un recipiente abierto sobre el que se vierte agua azucarada o jugo para su vertido sobre materia prima troceada y depositada sobre la banda de difusión, que comprende unos medios de giro y basculación del balancel (3) entre una posición de carga y una posición de descarga; al menos un primer tope (1) en la posición de carga y al menos un segundo tope (2) en la posición de descarga; donde ambos topes (1, 2) están dispuestos tal que el centro de gravedad del balancel (3) en la posición de carga está situado entre el eje de giro (5) y el primer tope (1) y, cuando el balancel (3) alcanza un contenido predeterminado de agua azucarada o jugo, el centro de gravedad del balancel (3) con agua azucarada o jugo se desplaza dejando el eje de giro (5) del mismo entre el centro de gravedad y el primer tope (1).

Además, al no ser necesaria la utilización de mecanismos que transformen la rotación del motor en traslación de los balanceles, ni de elementos de conexión entre los balanceles, se reducen considerablemente los problemas de averías, reparaciones y sustituciones, con lo que se reduce igualmente los períodos de tiempo en que debe paralizarse el funcionamiento del difusor para realizar estas reparaciones, aumentando por tanto la productividad.
