Abstract

A cover to protect a vehicle seat 2 from the sun comprises a cover member 1 and a bag 4. The bag 4 is fixable to the rear of the seat back. The cover member 1 is attached to the bag 4 and is storable in the bag when not in use. The cover member 1 is dimensioned to fit over the seat 2 in its position of use, while remaining attached to the bag. Preferably the cover member is elastic. It may have elastic edging such as a ruffle 6. The cover member 1 may be dimensioned so as to fit, in its position of use, over the vehicle steering wheel 3 as well as the seat 2.
