Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un dispositivo de salvamento para rescatar rápidamente a una víctima en una situación de socorro en el mar y un sistema de salvamento de socorro marítimo capaz de notificar rápidamente una situación de socorro utilizando una red de área amplia de baja potencia. La presente invención tiene los siguientes efectos ventajosos. Es decir, mediante una red de área amplia de baja potencia que se introduce en un sistema de salvamento de socorro marítimo de modo que el consumo de energía se minimice transmitiendo y recibiendo sólo señales simples, una señal de salvamento puede transmitirse y recibirse sin problema en entornos marinos en los que el suministro de energía y las comunicaciones no son estables. Además, el salvamento se puede solicitar de forma rápida y precisa a un equipo de salvamento marítimo cercano o al equipo de salvamento terrestre enviando una notificación de socorro y sólo la información mínima requerida para el salvamento mediante una señal de área amplia. Además, debido a que se permite a una víctima solicitar un salvamento por sí mismo en una situación de socorro y una posición de la víctima puede determinarse con precisión a nivel del mar, la víctima puede rescatarse rápidamente en tiempo de oro.
