Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un dispositivo de salvamento para rescatar rápidamente a una víctima en una situación de socorro en el mar y un sistema de salvamento de socorro marítimo capaz de notificar rápidamente una situación de socorro utilizando una red de área amplia de baja potencia. La presente invención tiene los siguientes efectos ventajosos.
