Esto dificulta la representación de mensajes sobre lonas ya que las mismas disponen de un único diseño impreso. Con el fin de lograr los objetivos y evitar toda la problemática expuesta, la presente invención consiste en un dispositivo publicitario donde los mensajes o logos sean impresos en estilo anamórfico con cierto ángulo con respecto al eje de captación óptico, que pueda albergar iluminación en forma de diodos de emisores de luz para prolongar y llamar la atención de las personas que lo observen, y que permita una correcta visualización de los mensajes o emblemas mediante el uso de almohadillas en terrenos irregulares. El dispositivo fabricado está conformado en material blando y flexible como textiles, polímeros elásticos, termoplásticos ya sea en forma de goma, foami, caucho etc. que recupere su condición inicial y forma al aplicar sobre el mismo una presión, contacto o roce, y evite una lesión o daño sobre las personas implicadas. La superficie inferior del mismo está conformada en materiales que repelan al agua como los hidrófobos y las gomas. A su vez, la superficie inferior del dispositivo publicitario puede estar apoyada sobre una almohadilla o cojín elevador con el fin de aumentar el ángulo del mismo para mejorar su vista por el observador. Citada almohadilla puede ser adherida al dispositivo publicitario de manera fija o eventual a través de unos veleros o sustancias adhesivas situados en la parte superior de las almohadillas y en la parte inferior del dispositivo publicitario. Del mismo modo, las diferentes almohadillas pueden ser unidas unas a otras mediante el mismo sistema de veleros o sustancias adhesivas.
