OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a series of improvements introduced in the invention patent P201500799, relating to a franking or traversible advertising medium.

The object of the invention is, based on the same basic idea of an advertising support that allows to be crossed without risk of damage to the player, athlete or user, to integrate a series of parallel solutions or additional preferred embodiments of the invention that do not they had been foreseen in the main register !, and through which the same effects are achieved, as well as additional benefits, which will be appreciated throughout this description.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

In the invention patent P201500799 an advertising support is described and claimed that aims to solve a technical problem quite frequent in certain sports competitions, due to the existence of advertising supports located in the vicinity of the playing field or track, at the foot of the field; given that these areas at the advertising level, are of great television influence in the retransmissions of sporting events; as well as 25 privileged areas visible to the public attending the event. These vertical supports that are currently used, constitute an obstacle within the area of influence of the game or development of the competition or event, and may lead to accidents.

Trying to obviate this problem in the invention patent P201500799 provides for an advertising support comprising a support base of a set of vertical or inclined fibers or tufts that constitute the advertising support itself, screen-printed, painted, glued, to said fibers, joined to the support by means of any connecting element or

fixing system or way of joining the fibers or strands of fibers to the base.

In this way, in the event of any impact on advertising support, it will be temporarily deformed, without damage to the player, athlete or user, so that said fibers recover their original form, after interacting with the athlete or user, being therefore said franking fibers, without configuring an obstacle.

However, the use of fibers greatly limits the scope of the invention, since other elements that could be temporarily deformed could be used, obtaining the same or even better results.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The improvements that are recommended come to fill the technical void described above, providing two additional embodiments through which an advertising support is achieved in which the images arranged on it will present a better sharpness and quality in general, given that the multiple spaces that defined between the fibers of the main document involved interruptions in the image, which affected its quality.

More specifically, the improvements of the invention consist of complementing the fibers of the main patent by polygonal elevation elements, of vertically elongated configuration, which suppose a greater regular surface for printing or projection of images so that when presenting dimensions greater, the number of these elements necessary to obtain the advertising support is smaller, defining less irregularities or joints between these elements, which positively affects the resolution and sharpness of the advertising message, without prejudice to the benefits that were initially intended obtain.

These vertical elements, or inclined, according to a first embodiment, can be anchored directly to the ground, presenting an elastically deformable character, which allows the transfer of the support by a player,

athlete or user, so that it is temporarily deformed to facilitate said transfer, returning again to its initial position, or, said vertical elements, in accordance with a second vacancy of realization, may be inserted into a support base in which it establishes a connecting element to which said laminar elements are inserted, and an anchoring element that is implanted in the playing field for fixing the assembly.

As for the resilience of the vertical elements, this may be given, as mentioned by the nature of the material in which the device is obtained, or due to the presence of additional mechanical elements acting on the device itself. vertical element to enable the return to its original position, such as strapping or springs.

Optionally, on the vertical elements a visual support is implemented to project images.

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

In view of figures 1 to 3, it can be seen how the improvements of the invention provide for a first variant embodiment in which, as in the main patent, a support (1) with fixing means (2) is provided to the ground (3) of the playing field, support (1) in which a plurality of elevation elements, preferably rectangular, (4) are coplanarly fixed, which in the chosen embodiment are materialized in pairs of rectangular plates that are fix centrally to a post or inner core (5).

As previously mentioned, the rectangular elevation elements (4), which may be arranged vertically, as in the figures or inclined, to define an equally inclined plane between them, may have an elastically deformable nature, or be assisted internally to the support with elastic means that allow flexing, such as strapping, springs or the like.

In a second variant embodiment, the one shown in Figures 4 to 6, the elevation elements, preferably rectangular (4 '), materialized in pairs of rectangular plates that are fixed centrally to a post or inner core (5'), they are fixed directly to the ground (3) by means of fixing (2 '), these being able, as in the previous case, to have an elastically deformable nature, or to be internally assisted to the fixing means (2') by means elastic that allow flexing, such as strapping, springs or similar.

It only remains to point out finally that the surface determined by the rectangular plates of the elements (4-4 ') is likely to be screen-printed or coated with any type of advertising, or that such advertising is projected on them, and may include visual supports for the projection of images.
