Abstract

Sistema de entrenamiento visuo-motor basado en la restricción de la mirada.#La invención se dirige a mejorar los sistemas de entrenamiento de personas que necesiten prestar atención a determinados elementos del entorno mientras simultáneamente realizan una segunda actividad. En una realización concreta, se dirige a deportistas que necesitan mejorar su manejo de un balón sin mirarlo, dado que tienen que dirigirla mirada a otros jugadores que están con ellos. Para ello, la invención se basa en añadir elementos al jugador que le impidan o dificulten la visión en dirección hacia el suelo, hacia donde se encuentra el balón. De este modo, su cerebro deberá usar las estructuras neurona les encargadas de manejar la información táctil y proprioceptiva, y pondrá la atención en su sistema motor. Y de este modo, desarrollará esas estructuras neuronales. Una de las realizaciones de la invención es una estructura como una montura de gafas que comprende elementos que impiden o dificultan la visión hacia abajo.
