Abstract

The rump folds (14, 15) formed during this insertion, may project in the axial direction beyond the neighbouring fold (9, 10) or be beaded radially inwards over an outer end of the fold (8, 10) or beaded radially and axially, partially gripping around the fold (8, 10).
