The present invention encompasses in the field of display containers for products that include elastic means, such as elastic bands, to approximate the products to a part of the container where they can be exposed.

Background of the invention

Containers of products are known in which they are constantly pushed into an opening of the container, where the products are exposed, by means of elastic means, usually an elastic band, whereby when a product is removed the elastic means make the rest of products are always exposed in the same way to the consumer, the closest to their extraction and / or as visual and commercial as possible.

In the patent with publication number US2801000 an exposing container for vertically stacked laminar products and exposed by an upper anterior opening is exposed by pulling an elastic band. The opening to expose the products is small, according to the laminar products, the elastic band is seen at all times and a semicontainer is needed inside another semicontainer, which makes it unsightly and relatively expensive to manufacture.

In the patent with publication number US7481313B1 a display container with the characteristics of the preamble of claim 1 is disclosed.

The present invention solves the disadvantages of the state of the art by configuring a display container with elastic band.

Description of the invention

The present invention is established and characterized in the independent claims, while the dependent claims describe other features thereof.

The object of the invention is a display container with elastic band, simple to configure and with the elastic band hidden from view of the user. The technical problem to be solved is to configure the container in the form, cuts and fold lines and arrange the elastic band to reach the mentioned object.

With an exhibitor container we want to mention a container that contains products and that has the capacity to expose said products so that they are visible to the consumer.

An advantage derived from the container according to claim 1 is that it is simple to configure, by simply bending a sheet and placing an elastic band on the outside, which being hidden behind the front face is hidden from the user.

Another advantage derived from claim 2 is that the products are not pulled at all times, but when the connector that is usually exposed when removed is removed, so that they are not susceptible to being damaged by crushing the elastic band.

Said display container (1) is formed from a quadrangular sheet (1.1), figure 1, of cardboard comprising a first side (1.2), which corresponds to a first folding line, from which a first flange is projected ( 1.3), in parallel and in sequence, a second (1.4), third (1.5) and fourth (1.6) sides are arranged, corresponding respectively to a second, third and fourth bending lines, parallel to the fourth side (1.6) and following the sequence is arranged a fifth side (1.7) as the end of the sheet (1.1).
