OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The purpose of the present invention application is to register a multi-purpose canine excrement collector, framed in the field of canine excrement collectors, tries to provide solutions to the drawbacks of the collectors known in the state of the art, incorporating as the name implies, multiple options compared to the techniques used so far, providing several solutions for the collection of canine excrement, its main advantages or qualities being:

• Simple, without strange gadgets or complicated mechanisms and parts susceptible to oxidation.

• Very low cost, made of a single piece of biocompatible hard plastic and without added mechanisms.

• Practical and easy to use, because it has a very low weight, be attached to the extendable walking belt and be able to pick up from a comfortable height.

• Hygienic, given that at no time during the collection and discharge process, do you have direct contact with the excrement.

• Adaptable to all canine pets, regardless of race or size.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

At present, there are different devices that have tried without achieving it, to solve the serious problem of the collection of excreta, that either because of its high price, complexity, complications of cleaning, bulky volume, excessive weight and there are even some, whose use borders In the ridiculous. All this has resulted in the most widespread state of the art, being the collection of the same with the hand wrapped in a plastic bag. Once this fact has been confirmed, the question of why its use has become so widespread is generalized, despite the serious inconveniences we all know, when seeing the owners of canine pets, frequently elderly people, as they have to make the effort to bend down to touch with the palm of the hand the ground, and perform the unpleasant task of collecting excreta with the sole protection of a plastic bag, bag that does not prevent, the unpleasant sensation of touching and feeling the heat and texture of the stool, often , before the critical look of strangers who fail to understand, the many positive aspects that these little friends bring to their owners. The alternative when there are no critical eyes, is usually to opt for abandonment on public roads, with the consequent aesthetic and hygienic contamination. The answer to the question posed lies in two qualities that do have to be recognized for the widespread use of the stock market: its simplicity and its economy.

With the present invention, it is intended to alleviate the serious problems described taking into account these two concepts, trying to provide simple and economical solutions.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The multi-purpose collector of canine excrements, object of this invention (figure 1) and (figure (2) is formed by a CONTAINER OF CONTAINERS (1) attached in a single body to a POLIVALENT HANDLE

(2), with characteristics that make it different from other collectors, by allowing the use of a wide variety of containers and disposable blades, very useful and very low cost for the collection of canine excrements, detailed below:

CONTAINER OF CONTAINERS (1) is formed by a semicircle with a rectangular termination. It has an upper mouth (3), and a lower mouth (4) with different components that will be detailed below and that allow the following pick-ups inside:

a) Opaque and biodegradable bags approximately 12’00 cm wide and 18 cm deep.

b) All opaque plastic disposable cups from 200 cc to 500 cc on the market.

c) Disposable rectangular cardboard collectors of a certain size and characteristics.

d) Used soda or beer boats, trimmed to the desired extent.

POLIVALENT HANDLE (2) with ergonomic shape and very specific characteristics to be able to fulfill the functions indicated below:

a) Serve as a seat and base of attachment to a wide variety of handles with extendable strap.

b) Carry in its interior several disposable blades, to help in loading the excrement to the container that has been chosen.

c) Shelter several spare bags inside.

d) Optionally be able to fix on it, a small telescopic handle (not object of this invention), to facilitate even more, the collection of excrement to those people with some physical difficulties.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWING

To complete the description that has been made, and in order to help a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, two drawings are included as an integral part of said description (figure 1) and (figure 2) where illustrative and not limiting, the different components have been represented.

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

Possible mass production will be carried out using injection molds, made of biocompatible plastic, in one piece that includes the CONTAINER OF CONTAINERS (i)) and the POLIVALENT HANDLE (2).

the load, and in the right place, is pressed lightly through the lower mouth

(4) and the collector slides easily to exit through the upper mouth (3).

d) Used aluminum cans, of any brand of soda or beer previously cut to the desired size; they stay inside thanks to

40 the pressure exerted by the inner wall of the container of containers (1) on

they. For release, one of the wings of the lower mouth (4) is pressed out and the container falls. This option has the disadvantage of having to cut the used soda container and the advantage of zero cost.

The POLIVALENT HANDLE (2) hollow about 15 mm x 15 mm outside diameter, and 8 cm in length. It is attached to the container of containers (1) forming an approximate angle of 90 degrees and designed to fulfill the following functions:

a) Be the natural way to carry the multi-purpose catcher of canine excrement, when it is not attached to a handle with an extensible strap or a simple walking belt.

b) Obtain the support and fixation of the majority of handles used for pet walking, through an ergonomic design forming what we call the base for handles with an extendable strap (9), which by means of a flange that is provided, (not subject to this invention), it is possible to fix the handle to the clamping channel (7) getting them to form a single body, the container container (1), the versatile handle (2) and the handle with extensible strap.

c) To be able to attach to a belt without an extensible device, thanks also to the same clamping channel (7), which allows the multi-purpose canine excrement collector to be attached to any hand strap model by means of the flange mentioned in the previous point.

d) Allow inside the curved end of the handle, there is a recess for spare bags (8) that a! being these of reduced dimensions (12xl8cm) several conveniently folded bags can be stored.

e) Optionally at this same curved end a telescopic handle (not object of this invention) can be fixed for those with physical difficulties who prefer it, through the fixing channel for telescopic handle (10)

f) Achieve that several disposable blades can be held in the base for blades (11) located at the junction with the container of containers (1), thanks to the tension achieved with the natural curvature of the handle and the point of support in the flange that passes through the clamping channel (7), thus achieving the tensioning and clamping of a wide variety of disposable blades, (not object of this invention), economical, easy to find, very useful for the work at hand and choice of the user.

- Disposable wooden sticks of 3 mm in diameter and to choose between 15, 20 or 25 cm in length, as an option for those with some difficulty or physical limitation.

In a different embodiment, the extensible belt could be incorporated into the non-versatile handle (2) forming a single piece together with the container of 10 containers (1).

The multi-purpose collector of canine excrements, has as a dependent claim a polyvalent handle (2) detailed below. 2. Polyvalent handle (2) according to claim 1 characterized by: • Be the natural way to hold the container of containers and at the same time, an ergonomic platform of support and union for extendable handles. • Have a clamping channel (7) to allow coupling and fixing to a wide variety of handles with extendable straps and simple hand straps. • Have a base for blades (11) at the junction with the container of containers (1) that allows to hold several disposable blades, thanks to the tension that is achieved with the natural curvature of the handle and the point of support on the flange that passes through the clamping channel (7). • Allow the optional coupling of a telescopic handle (not object of this invention) and in its absence, have a recess for spare bags (8), inside the curved end of the handle.
