Abstract
Un inserto de corte que se puede indexar (100, 100') que tiene un eje longitudinal (A) de inserto, un eje lateral (B) de inserto y un eje vertical (C) de inserto , comprendiendo el inserto de corte (100, 100') : dos superficies de extremo (102) de inserto opuestas , y una superficie periférica (106) que se extiende entre ellas; dos porciones de corte opuestas (108, 110) y una porción de sujeción (112) situada entre ellas, dispuesta a lo largo del eje longitudinal (A) de inserto, en donde: cada una de las porciones de corte (108, 110) comprende una superficie (114) de incidencia principal , un flanco de ataque frontal (116) y dos flancos de ataque laterales (118), con un borde de corte (120) formado en una intersección de la superficie (114) de incidencia principal y el flanco de ataque frontal (116), definiendo los flancos laterales de ataque (118) una primera anchura (W1); la porción de sujeción (112) no incluye los bordes de corte (120), caracterizado por que comprende: una primera y segunda superficies de soporte lateral (122, 123) que se extienden entre las dos superficies de extremo (102) de inserto , definiendo la primera y segunda superficies de soporte lateral (122, 123) una segunda anchura (W2), siendo la segunda anchura (W2) mayor que la primera anchura (W1), dos vigas elásticas alargadas opuestas (125) con una abertura de flexibilidad (124) entre ellas, abriéndose la abertura de flexibilidad (124) hacia la primera y segunda superficies de soporte lateral (122, 123), cada una de las vigas elásticas (125) está situada entre una superficie respectiva de las superficies de extremo (102) de inserto y la abertura de flexibilidad (124), estando la abertura de flexibilidad (124) separada de las porciones de corte (108, 110), en donde las únicas partes elásticas del inserto de corte (100, 100') son las dos vigas elásticas (125).
Description
De manera similar a la herramienta de corte 150 antes descrita de las Figuras 1-8, los insertos de corte 100' están retenidos dentro de la cavidad receptora 166 de inserto, de manera que una de las superficies de extremo 102 de inserto de cada inserto de corte 100' hace tope contra la superficie de sujeción 156 de retenedor superior a lo largo de la viga elástica 125, en la proximidad de la abertura de flexibilidad respectiva 124. Además, la otra de las
5 superficies de extremo 102 de inserto de cada inserto de corte 100' hace tope con la primera superficie de sujeción 160 de retenedor de base. Cuando la herramienta de corte 150' incluye una pila 119 de inserto de insertos de corte 100', una superficie de tope lateral dada 122, 123 de cada uno de los insertos de corte 100' hace tope contra una superficie de tope lateral diferente 123, 122 de uno adyacente de los insertos de corte 100'.
