Abstract
Dispositivo para la generación de un plasma a presión atmosférica, en el cual - en una carcasa no electroconductora está dispuesto un cátodo que se extiende en el sentido longitudinal de la carcasa, - la carcasa presenta un orificio de salida, - la carcasa presenta un orificio de entrada de gas en el lado opuesto al orificio de salida, - en el orificio de salida está previsto un contraelectrodo actuante como ánodo, - al cátodo se conecta una tensión alterna, caracterizado porque - como cátodo se ha previsto un elemento piezoeléctrico (transformador piezoeléctrico) (1, 5) con un sector primario y al menos un sector secundario (3, 8) polarizado perpendicular para ello, - en el sector primario están dispuestos electrodos (2, 4; 6, 7) distanciados uno del otro, entre los cuales se conecta la tensión alterna, - el ánodo actuante como contraelectrodo (15) está con potencial a tierra (19), de tal manera que entre el sector secundario (3, 8) y el contraelectrodo (15) se puede generar una descarga por arco voltaico.Device for the generation of a plasma at atmospheric pressure, in which - in a non-electroconductive housing a cathode is arranged that extends in the longitudinal direction of the housing, - the housing has an outlet opening, - the housing has a hole of gas inlet on the side opposite to the outlet orifice, - a counter-electrode acting as an anode is provided in the outlet orifice, - an alternating voltage is connected to the cathode, characterized in that - as a cathode a piezoelectric element (piezoelectric transformer is provided ) (1, 5) with a primary sector and at least one secondary sector (3, 8) polarized perpendicular to it, - in the primary sector electrodes (2, 4; 6, 7) are arranged spaced apart from each other, between which the alternating voltage is connected, - the anode acting as a counter electrode (15) is potentially grounded (19), so that between the secondary sector (3, 8) and the counter electrode (15) can be g to discharge an arc discharge.
