Abstract

Procedimiento para formar un recipiente (1) para un producto fluido mediante moldeo por soplado, en donde el recipiente comprende una pared (3) y un borde (5) realizados en una sola pieza con la pared (3), sobresaliendo de la pared (3), en donde se expulsa hacia el exterior una preforma termoplástica bajo gas a presión contra una primera parte del molde (10) y una segunda parte del molde (11) para formar una forma intermedia termoplástica, en la cual la segunda parte del molde (11) se mueve hacia adentro de manera que se forma el borde (5) en el espacio (12) entre la primera parte del molde (10) y la segunda parte del molde (11), en donde la primera parte del molde (10) y la segunda parte del molde (11) tienen tal forma que el borde (5) formado comprende una primera parte del borde (13) y una segunda parte del borde (14), en donde la segunda parte del borde (14) está más cerca de la pared (3) que la primera parte del borde (13) y la primera parte del borde (13) forma un primer ángulo (α) en la dirección en la que se desplaza la segunda parte del molde (11) y la segunda parte del borde (14) forma un ángulo mayor (β) con respecto a esta dirección, en donde la primera parte del borde (13) forma un ángulo (α) mayor de 10° respecto a la dirección del movimiento de la segunda parte del molde (11), en donde la primera parte del molde (10) y la segunda parte del molde (11) tienen tal forma que la primera parte del borde (13) y la segunda parte del borde (14) se conectan, caracterizado porque la primera parte del molde (10) y la segunda parte del molde (11) tienen tal forma que la primera parte del borde (13) y la segunda parte del borde (14) son rectas en una sección transversal vertical.
