Abstract

Un procedimiento para la fabricación de derivados de 1,4-benzodiazepina, que comprende el hacer reacción un compuesto de benzodiazepina de la fórmula general **(fórmula)** en la que R{sub,1} y R{sub,2} representan hidrógeno o alkilo, y R{sub,3} representa hidrógeno, alkilo, alcoxi, trifluorometilo o halógeno, mientras el núcleo designado por I está insubstituido, monosubstituído con trifluorometilo o mono- o disubstituído con alkilo, alcoxi, alkiltio, hidroxialkiltio, halógeno, nitro, amino, alkilsulfinilo, alkilsulfonilo, hidroxi o acilamino, con acrilonitrilo o acrilato de alkilo, saponificando, si se desea, el éster obtenido, y luego cualquier producto obtenido puede nitrarse, cualquiera de los grupos nitro puede reducirse a grupos amino y estos últimos pueden acilarse, así como cualquiera de los productos de la reacción puede convertirse en sus sales de adición de ácido.
