Abstract

Un dispositivo de cierre a prueba de manipulaciones, de material termoplástico, encogible por calor, para montar en un recipiente, teniendo dicho recipiente un cuello con medios de unión del recipiente destinados a permitir la unión de dicho dispositivo de cierre a dicho recipiente, y una pestaña que se extiende hacia fuera bajo dichos medios de unión del recipiente, caracterizado que dicho dispositivo de cierre comprende:.una pared superior; una pared lateral anular dirigida hacia abajo desde dicha pared superior y que tiene, en torno a su superficie interior, unos medios de unión del dispositivo de cierre para cooperar con dichos medios de unión del recipiente con el fin de lograr dicha unión; y una banda anular, de area esencialmente uniforme en sección transversal, unida a dicha pared lateral mediante una pluralidad de nervios espaciados, teniendo dichos medios una longitud suficiente para que dicha banda se encuentre por debajo de dicha pestaña cuando dicho dispositivo de cierre esta unido a dicho recipiente, y estando dotada de partes que tienen una resistencia mecánica reducida, estando situadas dichas partes a lo largo de dicha banda en forma alternada con los puntos de unión de dichos nervios, pudiendo encogerse dicha banda y dichos nervios al serles aplicado calor, de manera que dicha banda descansa en una posición de interferencia bajo dicha pestaña anular cuando dicho dispositivo de cierra está montado en dicho recipiente, y en dichas partes de resistencia mecánica reducida tendrán un area, en sección transversal, menor que el de dicha banda encogida, estando proporcionados dichos nervios de manera que sean más resistentes que las partes de resistencia mecánica reducida.
