Abstract

Procedimiento para la decoración y temple simultáneo de vidrio plano, caracterizado porque como operación previa, en una primera fase, se decora la placa de vidrio, ya sea aplicando el sistema de aerografía o pistola, o bien el de serigrafía o pantalla de seda, según sea el dibujo o decoración a realizar, o se realiza la decoración a mano o pincel, siempre empleando esmaltes vitrificables; y en una segunda fase la placa de vidrio, después de esa operación de esmaltado en frío. Se somete, inmediatamente, a un secado intensivo a base de infrarrojos, hasta que está en condiciones de entrar en un horno eléctrico, que ponga la placa de vidrio a una temperatura de prerreblandecimiento, que oscile entre los 650 y 700 grados.
