DESCRIPCIONDESCRIPTION
The invention relates to a process for the preparation of asphalt, in which white and granulated material of recycled asphalt is further processed.
US 4.600.379 A.The procedures for the preparation of asphalt are based on the heating of rock material, the so-called white material, as well as the addition by mixing additives. From DE 40 35 050 C2 a process for preparing asphalt mixtures is known, a heated mixture being transported from an asphalt factory to a satellite factory and mixing there with melted asphalt until a mixture of asphalt is given. From EP 0 641 886 A2 a preparation drum for heating granulated recovered rock and asphalt material is known, a large amount of granulated recovered asphalt can be heated with the preparation drum in a simple and economical manner and being able to add to the new material of rock. Other procedures and devices for the preparation of asphalt are known from WO 2007/103345 A2, US 6,196,710 B1, US 4,867,572 and US 4,600,379 A.
The invention aims to create a process for the preparation of asphalt, preventing the graining of recycled fine grain asphalt from sticking.
The objective is achieved by means of the characteristics of claim 1. The focus of the invention consists in a process for the preparation of asphalt by means of an additional processing of white material and granules of recycled asphalt, the incorporation into the recycled asphalt granulate of a load before reaching an additional processing station. As additional processing stations, a drying drum, a granulate drying drum, a mixer or a hot elevator can be used. As a load, powder is preferably used, which by adhesion transforms a sticky asphalt granulate into a surface of relatively dry and susceptible material. This effect is also called the breading effect. The load used for this is present as a product of a dust removal, which is an integral part of an asphalt mixing installation, the load being grouped due to its size of particle in coarse load and fine load. In addition, the cargo can also be used as an externally manufactured product to incorporate into the recycled asphalt granulate.
The dependent claims show other advantageous configurations of the inventions.
Muestran:Additional features and particularities of the invention emerge from the following description of five examples of embodiment by means of the drawing. They show:

la preparacion de asfalto de acuerdo con cinco ejemplos de realizacion.the preparation of asphalt according to five examples of realization.
An installation 1 shown in Figure 1 has a drying drum 4, in which a feeding belt 9 is arranged. Also, in a pouring zone 7 of the drying drum 4 a launching belt 6 is provided. A hot elevator 10 It is directly connected with the pouring zone 7 of the drying drum 4. The recycled asphalt granulate 2 to which the load 3 has been incorporated is supplied through the throwing belt 6 in the pouring zone 7 of the drying drum 4 to a white material 8. The white material 8 is transported through the feeding belt 9 towards the drying drum 4. In the drying drum 4 a heating of the white material 8 and the recycled asphalt granulate 2 is carried out at the same time as well as a mixture of the white material 8 with the recycled asphalt granulate 2 A heated and mixed mass from the recycled asphalt granulate 2 to which the load 3 has been incorporated and from the white material 8 is transported through the pouring zone 7 of the drying drum 4 towards the hot elevator 10.
El granulado de asfalto reciclado 2 al que seA second example of embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to Figure 2. The essential difference with respect to the first embodiment is that an addition belt 12 is arranged in a central zone of the drying drum 4. In addition, the powder silo 11 is connected through the tube auger 5, a booster load 13 and an addition ring 14 with the drying drum 4. ha incorporado la carga 3 se transporta a traves de, y a traves del anillo de adicion 14 hacia el tambor de secado 4. A continuacion se transporta adicionalmente esta masa calentada mezclada hacia el elevador caliente 10.It has incorporated the load 3 is transported through, and through the addition ring 14 towards the drying drum 4. There a continuous heating and mixing of the white material 8 and the recycled asphalt granulate 2 is carried out in the drying drum 4. Next, this mixed heated mass is further transported to the hot elevator 10.
A third example of embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to Figure 3. Identical parts from the constructive point of view obtain the same references as in the first two examples of realization, the description of which is referred to herein. The essential difference with respect to the first two embodiments is that the addition tape 12 is directly connected with a recycled asphalt granulator elevator 16, at which outlet a granulate drying drum 15 is connected. The drying drum of granulate 15 is additionally arranged to the drying drum 4 in installation 1 and is also called a parallel drum. The load 3 is incorporated into the recycled asphalt granulate through the tube auger 5 and is supplied through the addition tape 12 and the recycled asphalt granule elevator 16 to the granulate drying drum 15. Continuous heating of the white material 8 is carried out in the drying drum 4, the continuous heating of the recycled asphalt granulate 2 in the granulating drying drum 15. Unlike the supply of the white material 8 to the drying drum 4, in the drum of granulating drying 15 the recycled asphalt granulate 2 is added not at the point with the greatest distance with respect to a burner of the granulating drying drum 15, but at the point where the burner of the drum of granulate drying 15 is installed. The reason for this is a relatively greater probability of an ignition of the recycled asphalt granulate 2 versus that of the white material 8, so that the recycled asphalt granulate 2 comes into contact with the granulate drying drum burner 15 in a cold and wet starting state and not in a dried state.
A fourth example of embodiment of the invention is described below with reference to Figure 4. Identical parts from the constructive point of view obtain the same references as in the first three examples of realization, the description of which is referred to herein. The essential difference with respect to the first three exemplary embodiments is that the recycled asphalt granulate 2 without prior heating in the drying drum 4 or the granulating drying drum 15 is supplied in a cold and wet state to the material white 8 dried directly in the hot elevator 10 and there it is continuously heated and dried. The incorporation into the recycled asphalt granulate 2 of the load 3 is carried out through the tube auger 5 directly before the supply of the recycled asphalt granulate 2 to the hot elevator 10.
Next, a fifth example of embodiment of the invention is described with reference to Figure 5. Identical parts from the constructive point of view obtain the same references as in the first four examples of realization, the description of which is referred to herein. In a supply of a recycled asphalt granulate elevator 16, the addition belt 12 is arranged. A belt scale 17 and a sliding element 18 connect the recycled asphalt granule elevator 16 with a mixer 19. The essential difference with respect to to the first four examples of embodiment, the heating of the recycled asphalt granulate 2 is carried out discontinuously. For this purpose, load 3 is added in an amount corresponding to the asphalt formulation through the tube auger 5 to the recycled asphalt granulate 2. The recycled asphalt granulate 2 to which the load 3 has been incorporated is transported through the Addition belt 12 and the recycled asphalt granule elevator 16 to the belt scale 17, where the recycled asphalt granulate 2 to which the load 3 has been incorporated is weighed. The granulate is transported through the sliding element 18 2 cold recycled asphalt inside the mixer 19, in which white material 8 is superheated.
The recycled asphalt granulate 2 is obtained by milling of recycled street coatings. Depending on the milling elimination procedure used, the size of the particle diameter may vary, characterized by the recycling of fine-grained asphalt granules 2 by particle diameters smaller than 10 mm, in particular less than 5 mm and in particular less than 2 mm .
The charge 3 produced in the removal of dust has particles with diameters between 0.9 mm and 2.0 mm, in particular from 1.5 mm to 2.0 mm and is therefore called a thick load. The thick load is especially advantageous for incorporating it into the recycled asphalt granulate 2, since the thick load as a product of the dust removal is present heated and, thereby, the union of recycled asphalt granulate 2 with the thick load is favored. The incorporation into the recycled asphalt granulate 2 is also possible with the so-called fine charge, which is characterized by particle diameters between 0 mm and 0.9 mm, in particular from 0.1 mm to 0.9 mm, in particular from 0 , 5 mm to 0.9 mm. Depending on the specification of the country, the separation between fine and coarse load can be placed instead of 0.9 mm also in 0.63 mm.
The process according to the invention for the preparation of asphalt is based on the addition of recycled asphalt granules 2 to white material 8, can be used for many known methods of heating recycled asphalt granules 2 and is designed in such a way that they can operating existing procedures and facilities for the preparation of asphalt, which do not take into account the addition of recycled asphalt granules 2, completing corresponding components in accordance with the new procedure.
