Abstract

Dispositivo (1) para el llenado de recipientes (C) de uso médico con una membrana (M) de cierre que se puede perforar, especialmente del tipo adecuado para contener productos farmacéuticos radioactivos, que 5 comprende: - un elemento para la alimentación (2) de un producto farmacéutico que se puede fijar a un recipiente (C) y provisto de al menos un par de agujas (3, 4) adecuadas para perforar la membrana (M) del propio recipiente, de las cuales una primera aguja (3) adecuada para llevar el producto farmacéutico hacia el interior del recipiente (C) y una 10 segunda aguja (4) adecuada para permitir la salida del aire de dicho recipiente (C), en el que dicho elemento para la alimentación (2) comprende una primera parte (5) conectable con dicho recipiente (C) y al menos una segunda parte (6), que sostiene dichas agujas (3, 4) y está relacionada de manera móvil con dicha primera parte (5) entre una posición de reposo, en la que se encuentra elevada con respecto a dicha primera parte (5) y dichas agujas (3, 4) se alejan de dicha membrana (M), y una posición de trabajo, en la que dicha segunda parte (6) se encuentra próxima a dicha primera parte (5) con respecto a la posición de reposo y en la que dichas agujas (3, 4) perforan dicha membrana (M); unos medios de sujeción desmontables (17) de dicha primera parte (5) con respecto a dicho recipiente (C); caracterizado por el hecho de que comprende unos medios de identificación (20a, 20b, 21) para identificar la adopción de la posición de reposo y la posición de trabajo, respectivamente, por dicha segunda parte (6) con respecto a dicha primera parte (5), siendo dichos medios de identificación adecuados para hacer que dicha primera parte (5) sea fija con respecto a dicha segunda parte (6) de forma desmontable y por el hecho de que dicha segunda parte (6) posee al menos un elemento de apoyo (26) que define una superficie de apoyo (26a) dispuesta de manera que queda orientada hacia una superficie de referencia (28) definida por dicha primera parte (5), estando dicha superficie de apoyo (26a) separada de dicha superficie de referencia (28) con dicha segunda parte (6) en posición de trabajo para definir una zona de alojamiento (29) situada entre las mismas para insertar los medios de agarre adecuados para retirar dichos medios de sujeción (17) con el fin de separar del recipiente (C) dicho elemento para la alimentación (2).Device (1) for filling containers (C) for medical use with a closure membrane (M) that can be perforated, especially of the type suitable for containing radioactive pharmaceutical products, comprising: - an element for feeding (2 ) of a pharmaceutical product that can be fixed to a container (C) and provided with at least one pair of needles (3, 4) suitable for piercing the membrane (M) of the container itself, of which a first needle (3) suitable for bringing the pharmaceutical product into the container (C) and a second needle (4) suitable for allowing air to escape from said container (C), wherein said feed element (2) comprises a first part (5) connectable with said container (C) and at least a second part (6), which holds said needles (3, 4) and is mobilely related to said first part (5) between a resting position, in the one that is elevated with respect to said first pair te (5) and said needles (3, 4) move away from said membrane (M), and a working position, in which said second part (6) is close to said first part (5) with respect to the resting position and in which said needles (3, 4) pierce said membrane (M); removable fastening means (17) of said first part (5) with respect to said container (C); characterized in that it comprises identification means (20a, 20b, 21) for identifying the adoption of the resting position and the working position, respectively, by said second part (6) with respect to said first part (5 ), said identification means being suitable for making said first part (5) fixed with respect to said second part (6) in a detachable manner and by the fact that said second part (6) has at least one support element (26) defining a support surface (26a) arranged so that it is oriented towards a reference surface (28) defined by said first part (5), said support surface (26a) being separated from said reference surface ( 28) with said second part (6) in working position to define a housing area (29) located between them to insert the suitable gripping means to remove said fastening means (17) in order to separate from the container ( C) said element for feeding (2).
