Abstract

Composición de revestimiento de poliuretano que comprende: un componente (A) que es un poliol y un componente (B) que es un prepolímero de isocianato orgánico, monomérico o polimérico y al menos un colorante (C). Document D01 discloses a polyurethane coating composition formed by mixing a polyol (polyether polyol, polyester polyol), an organic isocyanate (diphenylmethane diisocyanate) and a dye (organic and / or inorganic). The composition contains a 1: 1 volumetric ratio of polyol to isocyanate groups and is applied by spraying to the surface to be coated (polyurethane panel for a water source). In view of document D02 the technical characteristics of claims 1, 3, 4, 7-10 are not new (Art. 6.1. LP 11/1986).

Document D03 discloses a polyurethane coating composition formed by mixing a polyol, polyisocyanate, pigments and other components involved in small proportions. The ratio of hydroxyl groups to isocyanate groups is preferably 1: 1. Preferred polyols are polyesters with molecular weights between 1000 and 3000. See page 4, line 54-page 5, line 20.

In view of document D03 the technical characteristics of claims 1, 2, 3, 4 and 8 are not new (Art. 6.1. LP 11/1986).

Dependent claims 5 and 6, relating to the viscosity of the two polyurethane components, although they have not been disclosed in the cited documents and are therefore new, but not with inventive activity, since they are considered simple alternatives of physical properties of the components (viscosity), whose selection would fall within the routine practice of a person skilled in the art, in order to be able to apply the mixture thereof by spraying.
